upper duplex unit...865 sq feet....not a large room not a small one either...on the corner of the building.. storage drawers. under full size bed.... from the everywhere in apartment there is a view ...the room that is being rented has the best view on property can see the sun go down and a view of santa monica mountains...the room has lot of light and air...the room has this lovely airy feeling......the kitchen is small but has a sunset view as well and a sky light....the bathroom is large with a large sky light square feet.......at the corner of the street there are places to eat...Vons is right up the street... close to Rainbow Acres .....culver city bus line and also the santa monica blue bus.....seeking stable day time employed...or student.....clean...1.250....one month security $180 utility deposit.....the other room mate is a fit older Israeli man he has a couple of cats 2 of them are out most of the time....hr goes to the gym everyday and is most of the time in room...he is a vegetarian....can bring meat in but not cook it...eggs are fine....just put in new flooring in apartment....
