Master bedroom on a quiet street in Mid City

Hey! We are Hunter and John and we are looking for a 3rd roommate for our spot in Mid City to start August 1st.

We live on a quiet street less than half a mile from I-10 with easy access to West Hollywood, Hollywood, Korea town Koreatown, Sawtelle, Culver City, and Santa Monica/Venice. We also live in walking distance to a corner market that has some groceries, cleaning supplies, and beverages.

Rent is $1350 plus utilities (an average is $75). Included is the master bedroom, in unit laundry/dish washer, and street parking. The room comes with a personal bathroom and walk in closet. THE MASTER BEDROOM IS UNFURNISHED. We have a garage storage unit in the back too!

Career does not matter, but you must be friendly and understanding towards people in creative fields. Someone who is artistically inclined is a plus. We prefer having a male roommate around the age of 23-30, and we would love to have somebody that is extroverted, enjoys sports, cooking, and social activities. For move-in our landlord suggests a credit score around 700 and an income that can cover around 3 times the price of rent (Flexible).

Heyo my name is John Madey! I’m 25 years old. I moved to LA last year from Florida. Currently working as an EMT covering the area of Los Angeles. I am also a French Horn player and went to school with Hunter at the University of Miami in the Frost School of Music. I love Hiking, Fishing, Pickleball, EDM, Sports, and am a huge foodie. Looking forward to having someone new join us!

Howdy howdy, I am Hunter and I’m a 25 year old from Connecticut who works as a professional musician. I have been in LA for 2.5 years now. I love going to the beach, and watching sports, as well as seeing live concerts and exploring new 3rd spaces/nightlife/restaurants. As someone whose career takes him all over the city each week, I like to be “on the go” and considered myself pretty extroverted!
