Modern 2B1B in Culver City!

Hi all,

My name is Truman, my roommate is moving out at the end of this month from our 2B1B in the Culver/Mar Vista area. It's a super nice place, modern and clean and located on the second floor of a six-unit two-story complex.

- In-unit laundry
- Dishwasher and hooded stove
- Ample street parking and single-car garage
- A/C units + fans in every room
- Two sinks in bathroom
- Lots of counter space
- Fully furnished (other than bedroom)
- Small, quiet building

Rent is 1500 a month each + gas and electric which usually aren't very high. I am a very clean and quiet roommate, looking for someone who also keeps their space tidy. I have two loving cats who are extremely friendly and well behaved. Please no other pets, though--they don't get along with others. I'm a student at LMU so I'm usually only home in the evenings and on weekends. Hoping to move someone in anytime between May 1 - May 16th. If need be, my roommate may be willing to leave behind his bed/wardrobe, and the advertised bedroom also has a large closet.
