We're in a safe and friendly residential area near Culver City. Close to grocery stores and other shops. Short drive away from the 405 and the 10.

HOUSE:

Townhouse. Roof deck with a great view. Home theater with surround sound and video games. High-speed Wi-Fi. Kitchen has plenty of community dishes and utensils that you can use. We have a working dishwasher. Tandem parking spot in garage. Laundry on site. Central heating and A/C.

ROOMMATES:

You’d be moving in with one man and two women. We're all cool and have fun but we're not a party house. We don't stay out late. We go to bed really early. We wake up really early to go to the gym. We have quiet hours. We're super clean and super organized. Some people work from home. We all get along, hangout, and do stuff together sometimes. We're into music, movies, skating, fitness, video games, art, etc.

ROOM & BATHROOM:

Unfurnished, private bedroom with en suite bathroom. Walk-in closet.

PETS:

We cannot accept any pets.

COST:

Monthly rent is $1,300. Security deposit $900. Utilities range from approximately $75 - $95 a month. Month-to-month lease. House supplies are purchased from Costco and divided evenly among the housemates. This is around $15 - $20 every 2-3 months or so. Depending on utilities and supplies, you’ll be looking at a maximum monthly cost of no greater than $1,415 but usually well under $1,400.
