Good-New-Peaceful-Everyday. I’m offering a comfortable living room sleeping space in my peaceful Los Angeles apartment, perfect for someone who is very busy, rarely home, and simply looking for a calm, affordable place to rest at night.

The living room includes a queen bed. In the evenings the apartment layout allows the entryway to open into what becomes your personal space, and private sleeping area during nighttime hours.

Being a person who practices being clean, and neat, I am unable to roommate with a person who doesn't chose to live the same. If you are one to assist when you see the bathroom, kitchen floor...etc...needs cleaning, then you may be a fit. And open for two-week stay.

This setup is best for someone who eats clean, rarely cooks, values cleanliness, peace, affordability over extra space, without paying extreme LA rent prices...

And we both make sure toilet paper, and things like that are replenished.
