The apartment is about 1,600 sq ft with vaulted ceilings, a balcony, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central heat and A/C, a fireplace, and garage parking.

The available bedroom is unfurnished, has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet, and gets great natural light. The apartment is otherwise fully furnished.

Rent is $2,450/month, including all utilities (electricity, water, internet, etc.). Deposit is $2,000. Month-to-month lease. Credit check and $25 application fee required.

You’ll share the space with one professional who works from home in marketing and occasionally produces local community events. The household vibe is clean, respectful, and friendly — perfect for someone who enjoys a calm home near the ocean.

No pets allowed per building rules (one ESA-certified dog already lives here- my sweet girl Aspen - 40lb clean, soft, medium breed).
