Culver City Private Room/Bath

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to fill an unfurnished room with a private bath in a 3Br/2Ba condo available late March. I use the 3rd room as an office so I am the only roommate! The condo is in Culver City and is walkable to Kenneth Hahn Park and 5 minutes from Downtown Culver. The complex is very peaceful and quiet, with the following included:
- Pool, jacuzzi, and sauna
- Small gym
- Tandem parking
- On-site laundry

A little about me: I’m in my late-20s and work in accounting with a hybrid schedule (2 days in office). I enjoy being active (climbing, hiking, basketball, board sports), AMC A Lister, & trying new restaurants/cafes. I like living in a clean and chill space and looking for someone around my age with the same values and ideally similar interests. Also no smoking please!

Rent is $1,800/month plus half of electric (usually $50/month), with $500 security deposit. All other utilities included in rent.
Preferably looking for a long-term roommate but open to 6 months minimum. I would also appreciate either past two pay stubs or your consent to a credit check. Finally, renter’s insurance is required by the HOA.
