Culver City - private bathroom

My amazing roommate is starting a new chapter of her life engaged and getting married next year ❤️❤️ we currently have a Wilshire layout at Westside Terrace in Culver City/Palms area. She is slowly moving out and will be completely done mid December. Putting feelers out for anyone interested to sign a month by month lease January or February. Posted this ad before and it’s back up because she’s thinking about other places. Putting out feelers find a working professional with a stable job and also good vibes. Vibes are everything.

About me: I’m 32 and work at a research facility doing project management. So I’m generally gone 9-6 daily. I love to cook and would love to have another foodie or someone who will help me not waste food because I cook like I have a family 😂. I’m pretty laid back and a homebody. I don’t go out much because I truly love being home after a long day. I don’t bring the party to me because home is my relaxation place. That being said I’m not the type to try to micromanage anything. I think paying rent everyone deserves a right to be happy. So feel free to have company. I literally don’t care haha just would like a heads up to tidy up and put on my social face if needed. But yea reach out if interested. I’d love to have a cool roommate (I’ve been so lucky I feel with roommate searches and have formed friendships with everyone). I would low key low if you have a dog 😂 I’m a reptile 🐍mother but I love the mammals. I’m allergic to cats unfortunately 😭 love them but my body doesn’t.
