Extremely easy 5 minute walk to downtown Culver City, Trader Joe’s, the Expo Line (public transit to DTLA and Santa Monica), coffee shops, bars/restaurants, farmer’s market every Tuesday, multiple parks, Culver Steps, Kirk Douglas Theatre, etc. Ideal spot for someone who loves a walkable neighborhood. The price for the location/amenities is a steal.

Driving - Easy access to I-10, I-405, LAX, Santa Monica, Venice, Downtown, Beverly Hills. Culver is a great central point for getting most places in LA.

You would be added to my current month to month lease - I have a great relationship with our very cool/helpful property manager (huge plus) that will make the application process super easy and streamlined. No pets.
