1bd in a 2bd/1bath - massive porch, great lighting

Hi there,

I’m looking for a roommate to fill the second bedroom in my sunny 2bd/1 bath apartment!

The room is just over 10x10 and can fit a queen sized bed and a desk, and comes with plenty of storage for your stuff. There’s also a small private smallish garage for more storage if you need it. The unit has private laundry and a quite massive private patio the size of the apartment that you can max relax out on and access directly from your room. Our neighbors are all super friendly and chill but also respectful and quiet. Lovely walkable neighborhood with coffee shops, farmers market and restaurants all around.

Looking to share the apartment with a responsible working professional who values a clean, tranquil space to call home. All utilities (internet, gas, electricity) are split evenly and come out to maybe $100 a person per month. WFH is cool as long as we’re not disruptive to each other.

Most of the common space is furnished but depending on what you’d like to bring in we can figure that out. The room will be unfurnished.

My cat Misty also lives in the apt and she is super lovely and friendly with all people, but doesn’t love other animals too much.
