Bathroom is shared with one other person which is cleaned monthly by a maid. Utilities are included with rent (monthly cleaning of shared spaces, internet, gardening, water, electricity, gas, and trash).

The house comes equipped with in unit washer and drier, central air/heating, fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops, a dishwasher, integrated stove, microwave and fridge with tall cabinetry. The living room is also furnished and includes a TV, couch, and dining table.
