We are a household of 2 looking for an amazing 3rd housemate. We are female and male, with no preference for the new person moving in. All are welcome! We are an inclusive home. We have one cat and would prefer no additional cats/dogs, please. Our landlord is amazing and helpful with our needs. Our garage fits two cars, so we can circulate to share. Street parking is rarely a problem. Signing a one year lease will be required. You must have good credit and be employed. The landlord conducts a credit/background check, so good credit is a non-negotiable requirement.

We are minutes away from beautiful downtown Culver! Endless dining choices - from family owned Indian, Mexican, Japanese places to chains like Panda Express and McDonalds. Venice Beach is a 10/15 minute drive away. We have a Ralph’s that’s walking distance and several Whole Foods that are minutes away. We are also close to the train station that takes you either Downtown or to Santa Monica. We live near a school and are surrounded by families.

We both travel for work. We are a creative home, one of us is a DJ (mobile and corporate) and musician. The other studied film and works with drones. We are generally a quiet house and respectful of each other’s space. Our ideal housemate is responsible and kind.
