Looking for non-smoking, female roommate for one room available in 3 BR/1.5 BA house. The living room, dining room and kitchen are furnished. Unfurnished bedroom includes half bathroom. Washer/Dryer included. Huge backyard with lemon tree. Garage available for storage. Driveway and plenty of street parking. No pets. Single occupancy room. No couples.

I am USC staff and have been renting this house for 7 years. Great responsive landlord. The other roommate is a female USC grad student.
The house is located near historic Leimert Park neighborhood. It is 3 miles west of campus. The Crenshaw metro station is 10 minutes walk. 3 metro stops to USC. Starbucks, CVS and Albertsons are walking distance.

Rent is $1145 + utilities which are approx $125/monthly per person. Available August 1. One year lease. Move in: deposit equal one month's rent + first month's rent.
