I have a ROOM FOR RENT east of Culver City in Crenshaw Manor. The apartment is located on the second floor and is one street away from a high school. You will be sharing the bathroom with two other roommates.

Please note that pets are not allowed and we expect everyone to clean up after themselves as the kitchen, washer, dryer, and bathroom are shared. We encourage a respectful environment for all roommates.

Rent is $1045 per month and utilities cost an additional $95 per person. The room can accommodate up to two people. We have excellent wifi and friendly neighbors. The deposit is equivalent to two months' rent ($2090) and proof of income is required.
