Rent is $3600. We are renting out the smaller room in our gorgeous large 2 bedroom-2 bath apartment.

We have the master room and you have the smaller room.

You get your own bathroom and walk in closet which is nice. Laundry within unit. Large TV in living room. We are on the top floor so we get a nice view of the sunset. Small balcony.

About us: we are a couple in our early 40s. Man and a woman. The guy is a lawyer and the woman is a bridal designer. We work during the week and at night keep to ourselves. Ideal roomate would have a busy schedule and be a working professional like us.

About the complex: There is a massive gym that is amazing. No one is ever there and they give out water and towels. Nice large pool. Heated Jacuzzi and lots of nice private "work spaces" around the area. Central to LA so easy to get around to everything. About 30 minutes to downtown. 30 minutes to Manhattan beach and Marina Del Rey. Easy free parking downstairs for your guests. Managment is very nice and will work on getting you approved even if you have bad credit.

We have a nice living room set up with couch and also a nice kitchen area with nice dishes. We got this two bedroom and don't use the other room so we wanted to rent it out.

Open to couples and pets.
