I’m looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful roommate to share my clean and well-maintained condominium.

The room is a smaller private bedroom with its own private bathroom.
Laundry is conveniently located inside the unit.

I’m looking for someone who:

• Is very clean, responsible, and respectful
• Keeps their personal space and shared areas clean
• Has a stable job and reliable income
• Pays rent and bills on time
• Is considerate of noise and shared spaces
• Is responsible and easy to communicate with
• Does not smoke or host frequent parties
• Works outside the home — this is not ideal for someone who works from home full-time

Occasional guests are okay with advance notice.
* No frequent or overnight guests.
* No parties or gatherings.
* Please be respectful of the shared space and privacy.

I’m looking for someone who enjoys a clean, peaceful, and comfortable home environment and understands that keeping the home clean is a shared responsibility.
