Access to kitchen, living room, full bath, and half bath. Shared living room and kitchen are downstairs with rooms and full bath upstairs - similar to a small townhouse. Water included. Laundry on-site, there is also a nice family-owned laundromat that I frequent up the street. Covered parking with storage cabinets in carport. Quiet, nice, safe neighborhood. Students or professionals are both considered.

I work 7-4 Mon.-Fri., and I am home before 5 pm most evenings. I keep a clean home and I am considerate of shared spaces, which is also what I am looking for in a roommate.

Downtown Covina is about 1/4-mile away, easy walking distance and lots of fun!
