Room for rent in Covina, within walking distance of Downtown Covina. Close to Cal Poly Pomona, Mount San Antonio College, APU, Citrus College, and Claremont Schools.
Access to kitchen, living room, full bath, and half bath. Shared living room and kitchen are downstairs with rooms and full bath upstairs - similar to a small townhouse. Laundry on-site, there is also a nice family-owned laundromat that I frequent up the street. Covered parking with storage cabinets in carport. Very quiet, nice, safe neighborhood. Students or professionals are both considered.
I work 7-4 Mon.-Fri., and I am home before 5 pm most evenings. I keep a clean home and I am considerate of shared spaces, which is also what I am looking for in a roommate.
