Large room

Ladies. No kids. One person only. 25-50 yr olds who is a respectable, reliable and responsible person to share spaces and the home. I’m Renting a room in my humble family home to Someone that keeps to them self. Room with shared bathroom, kitchen, laundry parking and use of the yard. I am a 47-year-old woman living with my husband and 23 year-old son. I work from home and my son and husband go out to work. Also have 2 large dogs outside for protection, ( but that’s just for looks because they’re teddy bears ) and one small hypoallergenic dog inside ( sorry no other pets allowed ) Please no parties or hang out. This is a family home so family are ok. No overnight. Hubby and I always do all the inside and outside upkeep the best we can every morning 8-11am, Walk the dogs, workout under the beautiful morning sun and a little of everything else. We are very outgoing and love the chill vibes , we are Mexican so we love to cook Lisbon to music and the carne asada is a staple with us 3, we’re also very open to good music and food. Now about me an incense burning, art, movies lover, . I usually keep to my self (but love a good combo) u will only see family visiting on occasion, we don’t party. Now for schedules I have no problem with move my cooking and laundry schedule accordingly to your working or school schedules.
