ABOUT ME:  My name is Sadie Mexican-American female. My photos are displayed, so you know whom you're contacting.  I work a usual 9-5 schedule. Capricorn with a great sense of humor, personable, super clean/organized. You'll need to be dog-friendly because I own a Doberman; strictly outdoors in the backyard Though you won't be interacting with my dog, he does bark occasionally (not excessively) in case you're a light sleeper.  

I am subleasing the guest bedroom with a shared bathroom for $1,000 rent (utilities included) to only one working professional who is clean, neat and organized (a minimalist) on a month-to-month basis.  No pets are allowed.  However, if you are not clean and organized, then we are not a match.

- Pays rent on time
- Respectful, responsible and trustworthy
- Extremely neat and organized (minimalist)
- Excellent hygiene
- Preferably does not cook much
- No pets, but dog-friendly
