I’m subletting the second room in my apartment, with a private bath in Culver City (Venice and Sepulveda area). It’s available May 2nd until the end of September, with the possibility to extend. Four months minimum. $1550/month, everything included. Additional $1000 security deposit, refundable after you move out, so roughly $2550 is needed upfront to move it. The first month’s rent will be pro-rated based on your move-in date.

The room is furnished and spacious, about 13x12 ft. and the bathroom is next to it. It’s in a nice 2 bd./2 ba. apartment, clean and well maintained. There’s laundry in the building and street parking is not a problem.

This is a peaceful and mostly quiet home. A female subletter is preferable, but I’m open to a clean and respectful male, as well. Only one person, no couples, friends, etc. No pets, no smoking allowed anywhere in the building. No exceptions.

Looking for a friendly and reliable person who will keep the room and apartment clean and organized – dishes need to be washed right away and shoes are not allowed in the house. We also recycle and compost.
