Great place for a working professional just 10 minutes outside of Downtown LA and surrounding communities such as Alhambra, Monterey Parl, Chinatown, Echo Park, close to public transprtation and freeways: 10, 5, 710, 605, 60, 210 fwy.

Individuals living in the house are working professionals, are considerate, and work with each other's schedules to accommodate parking and access through the back. Parking space is for a compact space.

The room has a private entrance and is the best in the house due to direct patio access. The patio is for "only" your use during your stay. A storage area is located on the patio and is for the owner's use only. The room has a private entrance from the outside patio door. The room is equipped with a fridge, microwave, and wall-hanging storage cabinets, an air conditioner, a ceiling fan, and a coffee & tea maker.

There is a compact washer with dryer feather on the patio. The washer is not for heavy items, such as big comforters and carpets. Local laundromats are located in the community for heavy loads. The owner will maintain hand has use of the washer, not when the lodger is present. and is an area where larger items will need to come by to get to storage or the backyard. Utilities, water, and internet are included on cost of rental. 

The internet is high-speed internet, so you will have no problem of slow wifi.

The room is adjacent to a park, which is a great area. 15 minutes away from Downtown LA. Walking distances to bus stops and many great places to eat and shop locally. Cal State and USC HSC is local and can take the local bus to get there. There is a local farmers market on Thursdays of every week.

2 space parking. We usually park in the street. Parking is shared. My space will be shared. If you cannot find parking, you can park in the parking space - you must be able to back in. The room is located in a Covack, and cars park very close. Note that because the space is located adjance to a park I need to clean the area 2-3 days in advance, and cars parked must be flexible to move.
