Great place for a working professional or grad student looking for a place to live. Both me and the other person living in the house are working professionals and are considerate and work with the prerson schedule to accomdate parking and entrance through the back.

The room has a private room with a private entrance and is the best room in the house due to the direct patio access. The patio is for your use during your stay. A storage is located in the patio and is only for the owner's use. The room has a private entrance from the outside patio door.

There is a compact washer on the patio. The owner will maintain hand has use of the washer, not when the lodger is present. and is an area where larger items will need to come by to get to storage or the backyard.

The room is adjacent to a park, which is a great area. 15 minutes away from Downtown LA. Walking distances to bus stops and many great places to eat and shop locally. Cal State and USC HSC is local and can take the local bus to get there.

2 space parking. We usually park in the street. Parking is shared. My space will be shared with renter. . If you cannot find parking, you can park in the parking space - you must be able to back in. The room is located in a Covack and cars park very close. Note that because the space is located adjance to a park I need to clean the area 2-3 days and cars parked must be flexible to move.
