Our spare room is available Nov 1! Semi furnished with bed, dresser, desk, book shelf, or these can be moved out. Utilities are shared ($100-120/month per person). Room is approx. 210 sq ft with large closet, private entrance, and wall AC unit. Shared spaces: 1 bathroom, kitchen, washer & dryer, living room, dining room. Spacious backyard, and stacked driveway parking.

You'd be sharing the home with a couple who work in higher ed/arts admin, and opera/music industry. We both commute to work 4-5 days a week and work from home 1-2 days a week. We also rotate cleaning of shared spaces and yard watering. Our lease renews in August and you'd have the option to join the lease with us if interested, or rent the room month to month.
