I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom starting late November or December 1st 2026 through July 2027!


You’d be sharing a bathroom, so we’re looking for someone who’s friendly, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.


A little about the location: We’re conveniently located between Echo Park and Silver Lake, about a 25–30-minute drive from the Westside and just 8 minutes from the Echo Park strip and other fun parts of LA. There’s a super cute coffee shop and bakery right across the street, and LA State Historic Park is about a 20-minute walk away. It’s a great spot if you love exploring the city!
