Private Room for Rent in Spacious Home

Private room in spacious house available for rent starting March 1st! Love this spot and have been here for years. I'm only moving to be close to work.

House information:
- $1000 a month (this has not increased in 4 years btw).
- Utilities split three ways (usually around $100-$150 a month)
- $1000 deposit
- 3 bed, 1.5 bath. Three-story, so there's a lot of privacy.
- Central AC + heating
- Available March 1st, but there is a little bit of flexibility.
- 1 parking spot in the garage, but there's always street parking around
- Stocked kitchen where you'll have full-access
- In-unit laundry
- Great community. Lots of families. Landlord lives nearby but pretty hands-off. Handyman is our neighbor, so things gets fixed pretty much immediately. Community garden right outside.
- No pets. Roommate has a cat who's sensitive to other animals.
- Month-to-month.

Room information:
Strong preference to someone who's willing to pay extra upfront to take the furniture (bedroom + living room). But not a deal breaker, and happy to discuss further.

Location:
GREAT convenient location. Walkable to Chinatown. 5 mins drive to Echo Park, DTLA, Little Tokyo, and Dodger Stadium. ~10 mins drive to Silver Lake, Koreatown, and USC.

Walkable to bus stops + Chinatown metro station (and Union if you're committed). And also very walkable to a lot of trendy coffee shops, bars, and restaurants.

Roommate:
You'll be sharing the house with 2 other people. Generally quiet and relaxed home with lots of privacy.

One roommate is a working professional in her late 20s who's clean, quiet, and keeps to herself. Also been here for years.

The other roommate is also moving out (starting grad school), and we're in the process of finding her replacement as well.
