This is a calm, mature, and mixed-gender household where everyone has their own life, work, and schedule.

We are actually almost never all at the apartment at the same time. Everyone works a lot, travels frequently, or spends time outside the house, so despite the size of the household, the apartment generally feels extremely peaceful.

I’m personally an entrepreneur and only live in Los Angeles for part of the year, so my own room is frequently empty for extended periods.

We would ideally welcome a female roommate to maintain the current balance of the household, but we are also open to considering a male roommate who is calm, clean, responsible, and respectful. Ultimately, personality and overall fit remain the most important things.

The atmosphere is independent and friendly rather than a typical “roommate house” — everyone respects each other’s space while still enjoying living in a beautiful shared home.

We also have a very friendly, clean, and affectionate cat, so being comfortable around cats is important.
