We've got a room opening up in our two-story, three-bedroom condo on Manning Ave in West LA (90025) — minutes from Century City, UCLA, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and Brentwood.

The room's downstairs next to the living room and kitchen while both our bedrooms are upstairs, so you basically get the first floor to yourself, private bathroom included. It's unfurnished with a big mirrored closet, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, and good natural light, and the living room has hardwood floors, a fireplace, and plantation shutters. We're Grant and Shakile, both 25 and both nurses — between work and school we're gone a lot, so it stays quiet during the week, and when we're around we're usually at the gym, the beach, or outside.
