$800 West LA Living Room Partially Furnished

Hello! We are looking for a roommate for our living room space that has been converted into a bedroom. There is a queen size bed frame, a dresser, and a tv stand available in the space. You will have access to the kitchen fully and share a bathroom with one female roommate. We are both females in our 30’s and 40’s and looking for a quiet, clean, smoke free, and friendly roommate to share our space.

The apartment is quiet and safe, with a 5 minute walk to the E line train. We have free street parking and close to all major grocery stores, post office, and major freeways. There is a washer and dryer in unit as well as central A/C and heat.

The space is available immediately and rent will be 800 dollars a month with an 800 dollar deposit, month to month lease. If you are interested in booking time to view the space in person, please let me know!
