We're looking for two new roommates to join us in our beautiful, affordable home in Century City.

Move in date is January 1. Our home is well-maintained, comfortable & offers plenty of space to unwind / focus on work. Here's a breakdown of our available rooms:

Room 1: Upstairs Room
Price: $1300/month
Spacious and filled with natural light, this room is perfect for someone who wants plenty of room to relax or work.
Includes a large private bathroom, sliding door access to upstairs balcony.
Large window and open layout create a bright, inviting atmosphere.

Room 2: Cozy Budget-Friendly Room (downstairs)
Price: $1250/month
Great option for budget-conscious renters.
Smaller size but includes a full private bathroom & ample closet space.
Room for a desk, making it ideal for work-from-home needs.

House Highlights:
Outdoor Space: We have a large, private fenced backyard with a grill, perfect for tanning / relaxing + two driveways on our property provide secure / convenient parking.

Amenities: Modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, & washer/dryer combo. The open layout offers plenty of space for cooking, entertaining & hanging out.

Common Areas: Spacious living room w/ a couch and
 TV which is great for communal hangouts.

Requirements:
Income requirement: Must earn at least double the rent and be approved by our landlord.

Ideal roommates: Clean, respectful & easygoing.
