Room for rent in 4br 1ba community house, with private side entrance in addition to main house entrance. Comes with window AC unit (not installed winter currently). Comes with clothing rack and closet space in hallway, none of the rooms in our house have in room closet space.

We already have a cat, her name is Lyra and she’s sweet. Another cat ok, sorry, no dogs.

Washer/dryer (no quarters required) in house. Street parking only. Shared kitchen, dining room/ living room (with projector setup) and front porch w/bbq.

Rent $850/month with $925 security deposit. Utilities (gas, electricity, trash pickup and WiFi) average less then $80/month

Walking distance to amenities and metro (red line) station and bus stops. In rampart village, near Rampart & Beverly.

Any potential housemate is expected to contribute to shared household chores, as well as household consumable items (TP, dish soap, paper towels, cleaning products, etc)

Household is progressives and leftists. No hate/bigotry allowed.
Room is available ASAP.
Open to short term housemate too.
