Huge bedroom with private bath in hollywood

250 sqft room in a beautiful apartment on the weho/hollywood border. Had its own toilet, sink, and shower. Apartment has a huge kitchen so great if you like to cook. The back entrance is closest to this room so you technically have your own entrance. We also have our own washer/dryer. Main space is really big and great for entertaining. I plan to have cats so must be ok with cats! (Please ignore the messiness of the main house photo, decorating is still underway)

Caveat is that it’s an older apartment so we don’t have parking, however I actually haven’t had any issue finding something within a block radius in this area, even on weekends.

We are around the corner from two Ralphs, and walking distance to the Chinese Theater and Hollywood Bowl, plus the central location means it’s easy to go north, east, south, and west.

Apartment is very quiet, our neighbors are chill, and I encourage a kind and creative and inspiring household!
