Large room with custom cupboards and closet

I am senior and I live in Castaic. I am looking for a long term tenant over 42 with no pets to rent a 13 x 13 room with custom shelves and closet.
I live and own a large home in a very nice, safe neighborhood.
I have a large fully stocked kitchen, DirectTV and most streaming channels, a large 3 door refrigerator (shared with one other male tenant) and an upright freezer in the garage. Okay to have a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. I have large laundry room with cupboards. House cleaners come every other week and the room can be vacuumed. Shared bathroom with 2 males.
I have 3 renter's 2 male's, 1 female and my adult grandson. Three of us are seniors. Except for 1 male all have lived here over 7 years. The renter, who has lived here 7 years, is retiring and moving to Michigan May Ist.
We are a VERY quiet household. Looking for an easy going quiet (preferably male) person. NO drama. No hard drugs users or alcoholics. No smoking in the house.
We have 2 kittens.
References and proof of income required.
No photos of room until vacated. The room will be painted and new carpet installed. Available to move in May 5th.
$1000. Monthly includes everything. $1000. Security.
