Large room with custom cupboards and closet

I am senior. I live and own a large home in a very nice, good neighborhood in Castaic. I have 3 renter’s 2 male’s, 1 female and my grandson. Three of us are seniors. Except for 1 male all have lived here over 7 years. The renter, who has lived here 7 years, is retiring and moving to Michigan May 1st.
The room is large with custom shelves and closet. I have a large fully stocked kitchen, DirectTV and most streaming channels, a large refrigerator and freezer are in the garage. Okay to have small refrigerator and microwave in the room. I have house cleaners that come every 2 weeks. The room can be vacuumed. We are a quiet household. No drama, no hard drugs or alcoholic please. We have 2 kittens. References and proof of income required. No photos of room until vacated. The room will be painted.
