Small Bedroom in Carson (near Torrance & Gardena)

I have a 3 bedroom house in Carson. My home is located near the Harbor UCLA hospital and Cal State Dominguez Hills. I am renting out this room to 1 person only. Each room has 1 person living in it, including myself. So a total of 3 people would be living in the house. You would share 1 bathroom with 1 other person. I am a male, 54 years old. I have 2 small dogs and cannot allow any more pets due to HOA rules. I am also allergic to cats. The room is fully furnished along with the rest of the house. The room includes a desk and a mini fridge. You can smoke outside in the carport, but not inside the house. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and pot smoke makes me nauseous. The rent includes wifi, access to washer and dryer in the house, electricity, garbage collection, and gas. Its street parking only. There is a deposit fee equal to the first month's rent and $30 fee for a background check.
