Location: About a mile and a half from CSU Dominguez Hills. Quick access to the 405 and 110. Close to Harbor-UCLA, Kaiser South Bay, and the Torrance and Long Beach hospitals. Grocery and shopping a few minutes away.

Worth knowing up front:

No parking comes with the room. Street parking is available; street sweeping is Tuesdays 10am–1pm.
The central AC is currently out and won't be replaced until early 2027. A portable unit in your room is fine, and since utilities are included it costs nothing to run.
No smoking or vaping indoors, including cannabis.
Quiet hours 10pm–7am.
