Hi there,

I am looking for a respectful and chill housemate to share my newly built townhome.

The house itself is located in a brand new gated community in Carson very close to the 91, 405, and 110 freeways. The community itself has a community pool, jacuzzi, dog park, rec room, and is close to Dignity Health Sports Park, CSUDH and much more.

The shared living room and kitchen are fully furnished. Your private room would be unfurnished with a detached bathroom/shower located right across the room. The cost of rent includes Fiber high speed internet, and utilities would be split every month.

Request that the space is pet/smoke free, and you are pretty clean/like to keep things tidy.

I am a young professional working remotely, but usually split my time between here and in west LA. I am clean, respectful, and easy to get along with.
