Looking for a clean roommate in a house with 3 bedrooms. Both roommates female healthcare professionals and in grad school. There is a very friendly 5 year-old golden retriever and a sweet cat on the property most of the time animals hang out in the back yard. Very safe, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Clean and inviting environment.

Month to month lease however, if it's a good fit I would like to have a long term roommate.
Tenant will have access to washer/ dryer, microwave, fridge, huge outdoor patio with gardening area, citrus trees, small basketball court area, patio BBQ, kitchen and living room.
Plenty of parking on the street.

Close to 110 fwy and 405 fwy.
Short drive to restaurants, Ikea, Cal State Dominguez Hills (6min), 15-20 min from Long Beach, Torrance Beach, Redondo Beach.
Walking distance to Victoria Community Regional Park where you can run or jog, golfing and tennis courts areas (4 min walking distance) and walking distance from LA Galaxy.
