Room for rent

Hi,

My name is David and I am looking to rent out a private spacious room within a nice 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home in a safe and quiet cul-de-sac. There are currently 3 roommates who have are lived there for years. They are young working professionals and we are hoping to rent out the room to someone who is also a young working professional. The home is in a safe neighborhood and has a nice kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a new washer and dryer within the home that roommates all use free of charge. There is also a large common area with a big tv, a dining room, and a large front and backyard to enjoy. We are okay with roommates wanting to have guests over from time to time but please maintain respect for the other roommates. There are no long contracts, but we are open to people wanting to rent out the room for longer periods of time. This really is a gem of a home with respectful roommates.

Please respect the home rules of no pets, no drugs, no smoking inside of the house and no late-night music/celebrations during weeknights. This is a month-to-month lease. Some but not all the cost of utilities is included. There is also plenty of street parking available.
