Room Available - FEMALE household

I have a single room available with a shared bathroom in a very calm neighborhood of Carson, Ca. Located near major freeways (91, 405 and 110) along with the mall and many restaurants. Price for the room is $1100 plus around $50 for utilities. Room is spacious, with large closets and bathroom has recently been upgraded. I am a single 32 year old working professional with three large dogs who come in and out the house occasionally. The rooms are located upstairs, and dogs never go up there. I am a very reserved person, for the most part, but like to go out on adventures on the weekends or enjoy some of the night life in La. During a normal day of the week, I work early, and go to the gym, or spend time walking my dogs so I would need lights out to be around 10pm. Very chill vibe, and we keep the common areas very clean and free of junk. There is a house keeper who comes bi-weekly as well to clean the restroom, cleaning fees are included in monthly cost. Preferably would like to room with people who are similar, down to earth, mature, and close in age (25-40ish preferably) with no kids, no pets, and occasional overnight visitors are ok. Shared spaces would include the living room, kitchen, laundry area. If this listing is still up, room(s) is still available. Can have room ready as soon as possible. MUST BE DOG FRIENDLY.
