Subletting room in Mid City apartment!

Hi! I’m looking for a female to take over my room rental in Mid-City area. The apartment is spacious, tons of storage space, and lots of natural lighting. You will have 2 amazing female roommates who I will genuinely miss living with. You will have a private room and shared bathroom with one other person. Currently in the room, there is a queen size bedframe and mattress, a dresser, tall shelf, and willing to offer my 55” fire stick tv for $100. Anything can be removed with notice.
About roommates:
Joana - foreign exchange, works nights as a bartender, mostly home in the day
Talin - works from afternoon to ~10p, has a cat named Zeppole. Zepp is really sweet and sleeps in the day and roams at night 🐈 (no more pets besides Zepp unfortunately)

No males or couples. The right tenant can afford the rent listed and the utilities at about $50-60/person. No credit check but proof of employment or ability to pay will be required. The lease is over February 1st. $1015 deposit, and first month due for September 1 move in.
