One large room (approx. 10ft, 8in x 10ft, 8in) with a closet and window, it’s your blank canvas. The room is the one unfurnished space in the house, so you get to make it entirely your own. It can fit a comfortable bed, desk, and all your things. Free street parking is plentiful. All utilities included — gas, electric & high-speed internet. Plus: toiletries, non-toxic cleaning supplies, and a house cleaner for common areas once a month.

I’m a creative female freelancer who works from home. Sustainability and a non-toxic home matter to me. I’m a pescatarian and eat mostly healthy.

What I’m looking for
One responsible, mature professional (or student) who is kind, communicative, and easy to live with. You keep your space clean, pull your weight in common areas (taking out trash, basic tidying), and don’t mind sharing your rough schedule so we can sync up around the bathroom, laundry and kitchen.
