Room And Private Bath

I’m a widowed retiree who owns this beautiful 5-bedroom 4 bath home in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains. My home has beautiful views of the mountains and valley. I am interviewing for an individual who would like to enter into a month-to-month rental arrangement to share my property. The second floor is a fully furnished autonomous apartment to include 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette with convection oven, full-size refrigerator, full-size microwave, coffee pot, grill, and toaster oven a family/sitting/dining room area and a large scenic balcony with a large BBQ and private entrance. The room with the "spirit of the buffalo" and the Aermotor is the upstairs family room with WiFi. Each bedroom has a scenic view. I have 8 citrus trees and an avocado tree. My neighborhood has lots of pesky deer, coyotes, and the occasional bear roaming about. I have a split zone central air-conditioning/heating system upstairs and down. Monrovia is a very safe and friendly community with lots of amenities. My property is protected and monitored by an ADT security system and a lady comes in once a month to clean.
