Private room in a quiet, respectful shared condo. The room was just repainted with a fresh coat of paint. You'll share a bathroom with just one other person.

The rest of the condo is shared with two professional females who work full-time. I’m the owner, I work from home. Common areas include the kitchen, living room, and balcony.

We have pets in the house.

Everyone keeps things tidy. Kitchen must be left clean after cooking or use; this includes the stove.

Rent includes:
– Monthly cleaning service
– Electricity
– Water
– Gas
– Internet
– Trash

Term: 6 or 12 months (12 months preferred)
Security deposit: $500-$1000 (based on credit/income)
First month’s rent + deposit required to move in.
Sorry, no pets or couples. Traveling nurses welcome.

Located in Santa Clarita (Canyon Country) near the 14 freeway, close to College of the Canyons, CalArts, Westfield Valencia Mall, and Six Flags. The colleges are about a 10–15 min drive. Palmdale/Lancaster is 30–60 mins depending on traffic.

Move-in date is flexible.
