Private Loft in Quiet Shared Condo

Private loft with high ceilings available in a quiet, respectful shared condo. The room was just repainted with a fresh coat of paint. Approx. 8.5 x 13.5 ft. and semi-furnished with a loft bed and desk, mattress, rug, closet mount, large wardrobe, and ceiling fan. You'll share a bathroom with just one other person.

The rest of the condo is shared with two professional males who work full-time. I’m the owner but am rarely (if ever) there. Common areas include the kitchen, living room, and balcony.

Shoes are always removed at the door. Everyone keeps things tidy, and rent includes a professional cleaning service once a month.

Rent includes:
– Monthly cleaning service
– Electricity
– Water
– Gas
– Internet
– Trash

Term: 6 or 12 months (12 months preferred)
Security deposit: $1,500–$1,900 (based on credit/income)
First month’s rent + deposit required to move in.
Sorry, no pets or couples. Traveling nurses welcome.

Located in Santa Clarita (Canyon Country) near the 14 freeway, close to College of the Canyons, CalArts, Westfield Valencia Mall, and Six Flags. The colleges are about a 10–15 min drive. Palmdale/Lancaster is 30–60 mins depending on traffic.

Move-in date is flexible.

I’m currently abroad, but happy to offer Zoom video tours and answer any questions. My family is also local and can assist with showings or move-in if needed.
