I have a furnished private bedroom available immediately in a well kept single story, single-family home with a lovely patio and backyard in Canyon Country.

You’ll have your own furnished bedroom with a wall to wall closet that has been freshly painted and a private bathroom that is exclusively yours to use. The bathroom has a tub/shower and a skylight. You’ll have access to the rest of the home (kitchen, living areas, garage and outdoor space).

Bedroom furnishings include queen size bed, chest of drawers, night table, computer table, desk chair and side table with charger, as well as new drapes and rugs.

Please note: I have a five year-old Australian Shepherd, so you must love dogs and not just tolerate them please.

Great location! Close to grocery stores, banks, gas stations, Edwards Canyon Country Theatre, College of the Canyons (Canyon Country campus), Canyon Country Community Center, as well as Santa Clarita Senior Center.

I am a senior who enjoys a calm, quiet household - ideal for someone who values a peaceful home environment. This room would be perfect for a college student who needs a place to study.

Rent is $1200 per month with a $1200 security deposit. This includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, full use of kitchen and washer and dryer in garage. Parking space in driveway is offered unless street parking is preferred.

Must be able to provide proof of income and pay rent reliably each month.
