I am a current tenant looking for a roommate. I have a dog. The living room, kitchen and backyard is a shared space. The room available is unfurnished.

It is a 2 story residence so there is a stair case, all rooms are upstairs. The bathroom would be shared with another tenant. Street parking is available, it is on a private road so there should be no problem finding parking.

I already recently purchased a new fridge, there is a nice new microwave, and gas oven and stove. Also there is a washer and dryer in the garage.

I am looking for someone who is clean and willing to help out around the house.
