Hello I am looking for a tenant to rent my single bedroom. It will have access to a shared bathroom and a back door entrance that leads directly to the room.
Utilities are included except for laundry and WiFi. Both are optional and an added cost of interested. WiFi: extra $50 monthly Washer dryer: $30 monthly If not interested you can get your own WiFi installed if you like, the community has a laundry space available a block from the space.
Parking available for only one car. Couples are welcome but only a max of two adults.
Pets are also okay but if a dog than we require it’s a small dog since it will be limited to the room and the small yard.
The home already has a cat keep this in mind if you have allergies.
The community also has two pool and a jacuzzi as well as a basketball court.
