Single window faces North, so the room stays pretty cool in the summer. All Utilities included. Internet included. Shared living room, kitchen - all utensils, pots, pans, microwave etc. included. Top of the line water filtration. Privite Swiming Pool with weekly service. Maid service provided for all common areas weekly. All paper products provided. Storage for personal items in bathroom. Cul-de-sac location. Walking distance to metro-link station and restaurants as well as proposed hotel and restaurants and parks/trails. We're looking for long-term tennent with great stability who enjoys living in a community setting. We help one another. You are welcome to be as introverted or extroverted as you naturally are. We'd prefer someone with a "regular job" who works out side of the home. As we have people working various schedules, we keep a quiet home. Landlords are a retired couple usually in residence. We offer a lot, for a very reasonable rate. Warning: we already have 2 older cats in residence, so no additional pets, please. Bring your towels, sheets, small refrigerator and happy self!
