Room with bathroom for lease in Santa Clarita

The rent is split evenly between each person, that means, if 1 person was to move in, it'd be 800/per person living in the apartment. if a couple moves in then it's 600/per person. Utilities are split evenly.

Wifi included.
A private washer/dryer unit is in the apartment.
Pets: you can bring no more than 2 animals. (Cats/dogs) if you do have a dog then they can't be a big breed.
Pet deposit: 500$ per pet (if you bring 1 then we can use the security deposit to pay for that)
Pet rent: 50$ per month (idk if that's per pet)
Application fee: 53$

There are 2 current renters, Orlando (26m) who lives in the master bedroom and bathroom.

I am Savanah (20f), I permanently live in Oregon, but am co-renting there in Canyon County. I pay my part in the rent each month so there's no need to worry. I come down for 1 week or so every 2 or 3 months to check how everything is going. And i usually sleep in the living room during that time anyways (preferred)

That means that there is 1 room with a connected bathroom not being used and is empty that we need to fill.
