Renting out an unfurnished room with a private half bathroom in a newly renovated house with brand new kitchen, home has central air and heating, new flooring etc. Home is in a great location with close proximity to restaurants, both COC and CCC college campuses, coffee shops, public schools, public transportation, and the metro link station. House will be shared among 4 roommates, and as such, we will each have weekly chores to help maintain the common areas. We will also keep inventory of all common area cleaning and household supplies and split the costs among all roommates. This is all in an effort to maintain a clean and functioning shared household. We can provide a more detailed roommate agreement upon request and we are more than open to make changes and accommodations along the way if needed. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets, as we are already at full capacity, with two small dogs and two cats. The common areas of the house will include the front yard, backyard, dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry room and the communal bathroom. Monthly rent for the listed room will be $1000 per month with utilities included. No cable is provided; however, internet is free to all roommates. If all goes well and interested in applying, you can submit an application where we will run credit for all applicants, as well as a background check. This can all be done through a third-party company we use through Apartments. com, by sending us your full name and email address and we will send you an email with instructions on how to apply. There will be a $25 charge for each application.
