Two large private bedrooms available in a 3 bed/2.5 bath 2,250 sq. ft. house in a safe gated community in West Hills. Farralone Ave and Schoenborn St.

Both rooms feature walk-in closet, and hardwood floors. The rooms come unfurnished. The two rooms will share 1.5 bathrooms. Rooms can be rented together.

Rent: $1,100/ month. Security Deposit: $1,000

Lease terms: 6-month lease, then turns into month to month.

Move-in Date: April 1st, or May 1st. Dates can be flexible.

Utilities: Water, trash and internet included. Gas and power will be split evenly. House features solar panels which helps significantly with the electricity bill. We’ll have a housekeeper come once a month for $60 each.

Amenities and share spaces: Full access to kitchen, dining room, living room, patio, and bbq grill. 2 fridges to store food. In-unit washer and dryer, dish washer, central A/C and heating unit.

Requirements:

Single occupancy, no smoking, no drugs, no criminal records. Background and credit check required.
Clean and tidy.
Respectful and responsible individual, someone who prefers a quiet living space.
Must be a dog lover. I have a very sweet, energetic mini Schnauzer. Unfortunately, no more pets allowed.
