Room for rent - Quiet townhouse in Calabasas hills

Quiet townhouse complex in the hills with easy access to multiple hiking trails. Complex amenities include a pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court.

Townhouse amenities:
Spacious kitchen, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer to use. Spacious and open communal area with a small patio. Two car garage (a spot will be available upon lease renewal 12/15). Street and visitor parking are available in the meantime.

Room amenities:
Medium size with large window and vaulted ceilings. Closet space. Shared bathrooms (one upstairs with a shower and tub and one downstairs with just a sink and toilet).

There is a cat in the apartment to consider if there are any cat allergies.

About the roommates:
We're all pretty chill here. Erica (she/her) is in the masters, and Tomby (he/they) in the third bedroom, sharing the upstairs bathroom. Erica spends weekdays at her 9-to-5, while Tomby is often home. In the evenings, you'll find us watching our latest TV binge in the living room, which you're welcome to join us for! Meatball is Erica's cat, and loves to hang out with people once he gets used to them. Though you are welcome to keep him out of your room as Tomby does (he's allergic).

We're happy to host guests, though we don't invite people regularly. The usual visitor is Erica's boyfriend, who is a trucker and only home a week out of the month most months. Tomby occasionally has a friend or two over, or a larger seasonal gathering from time to time.

At the end of the lease (12/15), Tomby will be moving out to be closer to bigger friend groups, but Erica will be staying to renew. We'll be finding someone else to take Tomby's room.
